The room was nice with everything you need. Refrigerator, microwave, hot water and more. It was very clean and well laid out. Quiet area with a nice front desk attendant. Ice machines work and had vending machine available.
Location is walking distance to Starbucks, Marie callender's and Ralphs to name a few. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Pool area was comfortable. Pet area is small but decent. Rooms that have jacuzzi bathtubs are amazing. Pet friendly lots of grass around for dog walking. Lots of parking available.
Our room was immaculate and comfortable; the AC/heating unit was very quiet and unintrusive. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The complementary breakfast was no frills. Their roadside sign is easy to miss as the property sits behind a shopping plaza.
This place saved our night, was at A previous hotel that was a total nightmare. It was the days in two blocks away. We saw this one. The girls were really nice at night. Had two rooms available and got us in this place is a definitely stay big room, comfortable beds, air conditioning heat refrigerator microwave very spacious room. Thanks ladies at best Western.
Only stayed one night but would of stayed longer. Very nice large room. Bed was comfy and slept great. Everything was clean and staff was very nice. Would stay there again.
This place is hidden, away from the noise. The room we got was amazing! The beds comfy that we really didn’t leave our room! I loved the huge room that had two queens, nightstand, fridge and microwave under the flat screen tv that works! The restroom was amazing! The shower had the nice grip in the tub, beautiful and very clean. I will definitely come back!
Great hotel to stay in when visiting Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. I drove up with my dog for a few days to visit the different beaches, parks and trails. The room was 'pet friendly' and spacious. It was ready when I arrived and very clean. They also have a dog station just outside of the hotel and provide waste bags if needed. My only issue, is the proximity of the 'pet friendly' room to the lobby. It's a high traffic area, so my dog would bark or get startled whenever someone would walk by talking loud or the housekeeping would pass by with their cart. Other than that, great hotel, friendly staff and good wifi connection. I would stay there again next time I'm in the area with or without my dog.
My husband wanted a room with a whirlpool bath and this room had it all his bath, a sofa, desk, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, nice TV and high speed internet. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the Continental breakfast. Definitely will stay here again. Everyone was so nice.
